“I am a retired Supervisory Special Agent with four decades of experience spanning the Department of Defense within the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) at offices in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Belgium, and Germany.

For eight years, I mentored and coached assigned FBI agents in government multi-billion dollar contract fraud, counterintelligence issues, and healthcare fraud investigations for the FBI Los Angeles Field Office. I have held FBI Top Secret (TS) and DoD Compartmentalized Program security clearances. I have managed and supervised large-scale, high-profile, sensitive, and highly classified federal investigations, national security matters, intelligence, counterintelligence, and defense security, with much focus on white-collar offenses (e.g., financial crimes, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act, and healthcare fraud).
