Managing Partner
Tamarin founded Lindenberg Law Group, a business law firm under the ABS Utah Office of Innovation, providing collaborative leadership to serve emerging areas of law. Her work has drawn international attention to the need to prevent the use of cyber-violence as a tool for silencing women in leadership roles.
As the Founder of Lindenberg Law Group (LLG) and its affiliated advisory group, Lindenberg Advisory Group (LG), she is at the forefront of efforts to prohibit the use of cyber-violence to silence those in influential roles. Her work has brought recognition to the risk for female leaders and is driving awareness of the threat to the physical, economic, reputational, and family safety of those who have a voice in key matters.
She is member of the American Bar Association, California Lawyers Association, and National Association of Women Judges. She is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and has designed, led, and contributed to national research efforts to improve options in breast reconstruction.
As an executive with 25+ years as a business expert and advisor, she is a seasoned and successful leader with experience in complex industries in competitive markets and an international network. She is noted for her skills in operating effectively in multifaceted decision-making settings and has served as an interim executive in multiple organizations. As a cross-functional executive, she has balanced experience in operations, finance, and administration. She is highly experienced in leading efforts in complex environments with conflicting objectives and a need to develop a broader system view, while effectively engaging constituents to achieve a balance in competing agendas.
Tamarin has led efforts on matters involving new product/service line development, business optimization, reorganization, investor relations, M&A, spin offs, buy/sell, bank workouts, exits, tech transfer, board formation, and SEC compliance. She has served as a key advisor and led extensive investigative efforts in matters involving insurance fraud, embezzlement of escrow funds, tax fraud, and harassment claims and has worked in litigation and complex transactions throughout her career.
Tamarin has led key initiatives encompassing varying cultures from small towns in the South to DC to the prominent markets on the East and West Coast. Her experience has ensured she is mature in judgment, gifted in critical reasoning and intellectually agile. Those who have worked with her note her as dealing with tough topics witha “sense of humor, strong confident style and enthusiastic disposition, while maintaining integrity, honesty and sensitivity towards differing views.”
Her book, Female Cancer: The Vital Role of Self-Perceived Beauty in the Healing Process, A Study in Breast Reconstruction, reports the findings of a national study which she designed and led. This study presents the female voice in an exploration of breast reconstruction and the actual, as well as projected, impact an optimal visual outcome has on body confidence, sexuality, and the ability to move forward, post surgical. A mixed population was a key component of the study design. Woven throughout are the intimate thoughts of women, produced by formal interviews and informal polls, offering a daring revelation of the critical role self-perceived beauty plays in the life of a woman.
She has participated in several research studies with leading investigators and has published articles in a variety of periodicals. She has authored a number of white papers, including “Integrating Business Management Tools into the Clinical Research Environment,” “The Business of Biotechnology,” “The Art of Collaboration,” and “A Woman’s Influence in Family Health.” In addition, she has authored a number of case studies for use in educational environments on transitional management across multiple disciplines.
Tamarin has served on a panel of experts for NYC’s WUI and was a mentor for the WUI LEAD program, which provides business insight to Fortune 500 “high potentials” in management. She also served as an advisor to Asian Pacific Executive MBA students at Boston University’s School of Management. She holds a Master of Management with a dual concentration in Organization Development and Business Negotiations and Conflict Resolution from Cambridge College in Boston, Massachusetts. Tamarin was the Principal Investigator on a four-year research study designed to assess the cultural readiness for change necessary for economic development in emerging and secondary markets. This study resulted in a Fellowship award for a Doctorate of Business Management with a concentration in Globalism at Case Western Reserve University.
Her international experience includes serving as a board member to improve government relations and adherence to regulatory requirements in Eastern European adoptions, serving as a mentor for Boston University’s Asian Pacific MBA Board, participating on a panel of experts for five consecutive years to guide high potentials in global Fortune 500 companies, and sharing management knowledge and expertise as part of a 12-month development program for global executives in Fortune 100 companies.
